To claim a property just buy the land, the price is the first month's rent and nothing is due for four weeks. After that there is a rentbox, I will send you the url for your rent box after purchase.

I have been in SL since January 2007 and have owned land and rented it out for most of that time. I run a successful social venue Velvet Thorn and have an excellent reputation in SL. I am online way too much and can generally respond immediately to any issues that arise.

Some of the properties come with a house, but that can be removed if you dont need it, price remains the same either way.
